1. Who we are

WorkReviews is a brand of K2 Business Strategies LLC, a Massachusetts company. By buying or using WorkReviews products you agree to these terms.

2. Your license

Each purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own business or organization, on as many of your own computers as you like, and to customize it as much as you want. You may not resell, share, give away or redistribute the files, modified or not, or include them in another product.

3. Custom apps

Custom apps are built to the scope in your quote. Unless the quote says otherwise, you receive the same license as for our ready-made apps for the finished app.

4. Not professional advice

Our apps and templates are tools. They are not legal, tax, accounting or HR advice, and they do not guarantee any business or review outcome.

5. Your data and backups

Your records are stored on your own device. You are responsible for keeping backups; the apps include backup reminders and auto-save options to help.

7. Disclaimer and liability

Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, K2 Business Strategies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
