Website purchases: 14-day money-back guarantee

If you bought directly on workreviews.co and you’re not satisfied, email hello@workreviews.co within 14 days of purchase with your receipt and we’ll refund you in full. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

Etsy purchases

Orders placed in our Etsy shop are digital downloads, so returns aren’t possible. If something isn’t working, message us on Etsy or email hello@workreviews.co. We’ll help you get set up, and if we can’t make it right we’ll work with you on a refund through Etsy.

Custom apps and setup services

Custom builds and setup services are quoted separately. Refund terms for that work are set out in your quote.
